All orders are 100% refundable prior to delivery. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept a return once materials have been delivered. If you would like to cancel your order please email sales@palmettohomesteadsolutions.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization. 

All orders are delivered in one of our company trucks. Please note PHS will only make deliveries to the address on the order. Deliveries are a curbside service only meaning materials will be delivered onto, or adjacent to, a solid surface such as roadways or driveways. Palmetto Homestead Solutions, LLC does not bear any responsibility for damage to the driveway as the result of a delivery.
